About the Company
JAMES WILTON DANCE is a dance company founded in 2010 by James Wilton and Sarah Jane Taylor to showcase their distinctive, athletic and inspirational style of dance. The company, supported by Arts Council England since 2014, has toured extensively in the UK and internationally and has won awards at the Bern, Hannover and Masdanza international choreography competitions, as well as at the Sadler's Wells Global Dance Contest.
Based in Cornwall, JAMES WILTON DANCE has been commissioned by over a dozen venues across the UK with whom it has established long-term partnerships. Extensive educational work is also a central part of the company's mission.
