KIBBUTZ CONTEMPORARY DANCE COMPANY (KCDC), one of the leading dance companies in the world, is
identified with the works of its Artistic Director Rami Be’er whose exclusive and unique choreographic character has become the company's trademark both in Israel and abroad.
Rami Be'er is considered one of the most political creators of dance, an art form that too often seems disconnected from the environment in which it is created. He addresses some of the world’s urgent issues, such as flight, immigration, loneliness and human destiny in general.
KCDC was founded in 1973 by Yehudit Arnon. She laid the foundation for today's thriving International Dance Village, which was developed and continues to evolve into a first-class center for dance under the leadership of Rami Be'er and KCDC's management and staff. Expressive performances und above all, incredible dancers turn an evening with KCDC into an extraordinary and
unique dance experience.
